If your item does not arrive within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can look into it and ask for delivery information from the Hungarian Postal Services (recorded delivery typically yields something). Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend. As you will no doubt appreciate, we cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch. Please note that the risk of loss passes to you once your purchased artwork has been handed over to the carrier (Hungarian Postal Service or FEDEX) who have their own conditions of carriage and provisions detailing their liability to consumers.
