We sincerely hope this is never the case. However, if your purchased artwork arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email us (email@example.com) so we can confirm what to do. Typicallly, a replacement will be dispatched after we have either received the damaged item or after advice from Hungarian Mail so please await our instructions before returning the item to us. In the unlikely event of us sending you a faulty item please return it to us within 14 days of your purchase order with your receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. Regrettably there may be instances when the artwork you purchased may no longer be available – for example, if you purchased a limited edition print and the run is sold out or cannot be reproduced, and in such cases you will be refunded with our sincere apologies.
